Welcome to PIP Assistant, an AI-powered service provided by PIP Assistant ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at pipassistant.co.uk ("Website"), and our service that assists you in generating answers for your Personal Independence Payment (PIP) application forms ("Service"). By accessing or using our Website or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Service.
1.1 Purpose: PIPAssistant is designed to assist you in completing your PIP application form by generating tailored answers based on the information you provide. Our AI processes your input to produce a Word document with responses intended to reflect your legitimate circumstances.
1.2 Not a Guarantee: This Service is not a "magic solution" or a guarantee of PIP approval. It is a tool to help you accurately represent your situation to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The outcome of your PIP claim depends on the DWP’s assessment, not our Service.
1.3 User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete. We do not verify or assume liability for the accuracy of your submissions.
2.1 Input Process: You provide basic details (name, email, and session ID) and answer questions via our Website. These questions are transmitted to a third-party API (Replicate) for processing. We do not store your detailed responses on our servers.
2.2 Anonymization: To protect your privacy, your name is replaced with "{name}" in the generated files. This ensures that even if intercepted, your identity remains undisclosed beyond what is necessary for delivery.
2.3 Output: We generate a password-protected, encrypted Microsoft Word document containing your PIP form answers. This file is delivered to the email address you provide. You are responsible for securely handling the password and file.
2.4 Third-Party API: Your data is processed via Replicate, a third-party service. We do not control their systems, and their privacy practices are governed by their own terms (available at https://replicate.com/docs/topics/predictions/data-retention). We only transmit what is necessary to generate your answers.
3.1 Limited Data Storage: We collect and retain only your name, email address, and session ID to facilitate the Service and deliver your file. No detailed personal health or circumstance data is stored on our servers.
3.2 No Retention of Detailed Responses: After generating your Word document, we do not retain your question responses or any sensitive details beyond the minimal data noted in 3.1.
3.3 Security Measures: Your generated Word file is encrypted and password-protected before delivery. We use reasonable efforts to secure transmission, but you acknowledge that no online system is entirely risk-free.
3.4 Data Deletion: Your name, email, and session ID are retained only as long as necessary to complete the Service and address any follow-up queries (typically 30 days post-delivery), after which they are deleted unless legally required otherwise.
4.1 Fee: The Service costs £29.99 (inclusive of VAT), payable via Stripe at checkout. This fee covers the resources used to process your request.
4.2 Non-Refundable: Due to the immediate allocation of computational resources and third-party API usage upon your submission, all payments are non-refundable. Once you complete payment and submit your details, the Service is considered rendered, regardless of whether you use the generated file or succeed in your PIP claim.
4.3 No Chargeback Disputes: By using our Service, you agree not to initiate chargeback disputes unless we fail to deliver the file as promised. Any disputes must first be raised with us directly (see Section 11).
Note: Your payment secures the AI generation process—refunds aren’t possible once resources are deployed.
5.1 Legitimate Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information about yourself. Submitting false or misleading data may void your right to use the Service.
5.2 File Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and encrypted file we send you. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure these items.
5.3 Single Use: Each purchase entitles you to one generated PIP form document. Additional uses require separate purchases.
6.1 Ownership: The Website, Service, and all associated software, designs, and content (excluding your input) are owned by PIP Assistant or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated Word file for your personal PIP application. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it for other purposes without our written consent.
7.1 No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the generated answers will result in a successful PIP claim or meet DWP standards.
7.2 Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid (£29.99). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost benefits or emotional distress.
7.3 Third-Party Reliance: We are not responsible for errors, delays, or data handling by third parties (e.g., Replicate, Stripe, or email providers).
7.4 DWP Decisions: You acknowledge that PIP approval is solely at the DWP’s discretion. We are not liable for their decisions or your failure to secure benefits.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, submission of false information, or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our Website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance. Check back regularly for updates.
We are not liable for delays or failures in providing the Service due to events beyond our control, such as server outages, third-party API failures, or natural disasters.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
